You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account or on behalf of your registered participant.

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions during registration.
All In Kids reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for safety or disciplinary reasons if needed.
Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds or credits may be issued in cases of injury, illness, or cancellations.
Full refunds are available with 30 or more days’ notice prior to program start date.
Alternatively, you may find a replacement participant within 30 days, with all financial arrangements handled privately between you and the other party. In all cases, the replacement must be registered in our system and have completed the required waiver prior to camp participation. Please email info@allinkids.ca with all required information as outlined on the program registration form (reference website).
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
The parent/guardian acknowledges that participation in physical activities, including but not limited to sports, games, and training sessions, involves inherent risks of injury.
The parent/guardian voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, the parent/guardian releases and waives any claims against All In Kids, its directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
In the event of injury or medical emergency, All In Kids staff may secure emergency medical treatment for the participant.
The parent/guardian agrees to be financially responsible for any medial services required.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian.
Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful behaviour toward staff and peers.
Bullying, harassment, violence, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
Any inappropriate, disruptive, and unsafe behaviour will be addressed immediately by staff. If necessary, a child may be pulled aside to discuss their behaviour, and parents/guardians will be contacted.
We want everyone to have a great experience and are committed to fostering a positive space! To protect the group dynamic, we reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct (non-refundable). Our "Three-Step Support" approach includes:
Step 1: Coaching and discussion with the participant.
Step 2: Parent/Guardian notification and collaboration.
Step 3: Removal from the program upon a second parent contact if issues persist.
Programs are designed for group participation and operate with a standard staff-to-participant ratio.
At this time, we are unable to provide full or part time one-on-one support, specialized care or additional supervision.
Participants requiring individualized assistance, behavioural support, or medical accommodations may not be best suited for our programs as this time due to our current structure.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to assess program fit and reach out with any questions prior to registration
If a participant requires support beyond what staff can reasonably provide, participation may be reassessed and could result in withdrawal from the program.
All In Kids reserves the right to cancel, modify, reschedule, or relocate programs due to weather, low enrollment, facility issues, public health orders, or other circumstances beyond its control.
In such cases, a credit or rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of All In Kids.
Personal information is collected in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Information is used solely for registration, communication, and program administration purposes.
