By accessing this website or registering for any All-In Kids programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all site visitors, program participants, and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

1. Use of Website and Services

-This website is owned and operated by All In Kids, based in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
-The content provided is for general informational and educational purposes only.
-By using the site or registering your child, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies posted on the site.

2. Eligibility and Registration

-All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older.
-You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
-You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account or on behalf of your registered participant.

3. Program Participation

-Participation in any/all camp programs involves physical activity and carries inherent risks.
-Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions during registration.
-All In Kids reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for safety or disciplinary reasons if needed.

4. Payments and Refunds

-Program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
-Refunds or credits may be issued in cases of injury, illness, or cancellations.

-Full refunds are available with 30 or more days’ notice prior to program start date.

-Alternatively, you may find a replacement participant within 30 days, with all financial arrangements handled privately between you and the other party. In all cases, the replacement must be registered in our system and have completed the required waiver prior to camp participation. Please email info@allinkids.ca with all required information as outlined on the program registration form (reference website).

-No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

5. Media and Promotional Use

-By registering your child, you grant All In Kids permission to use photographs or video taken during programs for promotional or educational purposes (e.g. website, social media, or print materials), unless you request otherwise in writing before the program begins.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Use

-All content on this website, including logos, graphics, videos, and written materials, is the property of All-In Kids or its content providers.
-You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
-Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Third Party Links

-Our website may contain links to other websites. All-In Kids is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites.

8. Medical and Training Disclaimer

Drop-off and pick-up take place approximately 10 minutes before and after program times.
Campers may only check themselves out with written parental permission.
Authorized pickup persons must be communicated in advance.

9. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for personal belongings.
All items should be clearly labeled. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as All-in Kids Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. Changes to Programs

All-in Kids Sports reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, or program structure when necessary due to weather, safety, staffing, or operational needs.

11. Liability Waiver

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that All-in Kids Sports and its staff are not liable for injuries or damages except where required by law.
